Commission Structure
Generous Commissions. Paid Fast.
Office deals earn percentage-based commissions tied to contract value. Virtual Office and 24/7 Coworking referrals carry simple, guaranteed flat fees.
Office commissions are based on total contract value (monthly rate × term length) for months 1–12.
Expansion commissions apply to new offices added or the incremental value on an upgraded office within the first 12 months.
Renewal commission of 2% applies months 13–26 where the broker remains actively engaged on the account.
Virtual Office and 24/7 Coworking commissions are flat one-time fees per referred membership.
First-registered referral takes precedence, register your client before they contact us directly.
